Yes, they are correct. The brain does it all. But not by itself. It needs a motor. There’s not a “on-off" button on the brain. It is the tangible means that the mind uses; it is a machine that starts working as soon as the soul enters the body.

So, yes, the brain brings to the world the data that the mind imprints on it.

This is my viewpoint, from a combination of research, experience, experimenting.
