The path to Self-knowledge, necessarily passes through the thorough research of our actions , both the “bad” and the “good” ones. This brings up guilt for some choices, but staying there doesn’t lead to evolution. Going beyond guilt — after having transformed the mistakes into tools for our metamorphosis —we can reach the next level; a wider field of consciousness.

So, gray can become colorful, if we choose to do the necessary work, by facing our personality directly and go beyond.
