My compatriot, Nikolaos Skordilis, challenged me (a month ago!) among with other fellow writers to write a 20-word story.

Due to the delay, I put interest on the “debt” and wrote three instead of one.

Sarcasm was there, tickling my fingertips…

Ευχαριστώ, Νίκο!

The Parthenon marbles got bored of the rainy weather. They came to life and started walking toward their sunny homeland…

Alarm. Everyone in panic; even the thieves. Cash remained untouched.
What a waste of energy!” their leader thought when informed.

“The Aegean sea is ours!”, he yelled. “Honey, I know myself better than you”, History responded. The diagnosis: “Voluntary amnesia”.
