Life coaching isn't the problem. There are Life coaches who study for 4 years to start sessions with clients, and they continue their research on human behaviour forever. The problem is that these are the exception, not the rule. Most of the people that have this title, just attented a 3-month seminar, they read a few books about self-development, they almost never observe themselves to dig in their issues, and they just... you know... say to others how to live!🙂
