I wake up at 6.00 a.m. and I love it!
The problem is that I don't go to sleep early.
So, I have a method of "recharging" at noon, but still, every 2-3 months, I have to go to sleep at 10 or 11 p.m. for a few days to convince myself that I cover the "loss" (which doesn't happen, but... it's a placebo thing!).
Anyway, I love waking up early, especially because I work or read without external distraction.
