I believe this stage is also necessary, yes. And thank you for saying it. I think we experience a continuous alternation between "dissolution" and "condensation" within (also in our lives), and this happens consciously gradually because we realize that this way, alternation by alternation, circle by circle, with everything we understand while "doing" them, we know ourselves better, we sense a more stable inner axis, we are on our feet in a more steady way, etc.

My viewpoint, of course. This is how I experience it. I also believe that gradually, we choose the things that don't need to be demolished in the "next" alternation, but, in the early steps, complete deconstruction is necessary.

What do you think? I'm interested in the way you "see" this (which I expressed inspired by your comment!)?
