Creativity; an Abandoned Child

That “girl” is “there” all the time, having fun whether you participate or not

That girl is there all the time.
The grass of that yard loves her lightness.
She carries the talent of the whole species
yet, her body knows no heaviness.

She doesn’t care if her clothes get dirty.
They become her canvas as she lies down.
The soil breathes next to her ears
as she sings “We all fall down”.

She looks at the Sun and sees its rays
as strings that she could grab
to fly around and watch the view
from a point that’s closer to our sky-lab.

Her toys play many roles every day
combined with lots of imagination.
A mix-and-match that flows endlessly;
she‘s one of the Cosmos’s foundation.

You walk through the yard to go to work
immersed within a dry thinking.
The daily tasks are the only priority;
you just tell her “See you in the evening”.
